WE showed up Saturday and the crowd
was thin, real thin ( nothing new for us, ha )/ We decided to kick off with some
acous. jams and see what happened. It ended up being one of our best nights ever!!

Mid-Finals Bash May 8 2004
As always the crew is
super cool at Bash's. Catherine, Niki, Dawn, John & Duke just to name a few.
They were all super nice and we appreciate it.
Down
and dirty. That is the only way to describe it. We were overwhelmed when everyone
supported us and got down to some major partying when we kicked our show off at
11 p.m. The bikini show had just ended and everyone was pretty liquored up. The
bachelor guys got it rolling with that blow up doll. Thank you so much to Shae's
crew. Ya'll payed $10 each, we did not even know there was a cover until we got
there. So we are kinda sorry about that. Let' break it down. We had some regular
fans and made lots of new ones out of repeat offenders.
Shae's group, Mears and Amy
we met Chad Johnson from Down 1450 Band, he is
one of the nicest and funniest guys we have ever met. Please go check his band
out before he moves back to Austin. He writes some kick ass originals.
Meredith's
bro Clint was in full effect w/ his partners in crime, BEn( i think ) and Ricky.
Ricky plays tuesday nights at the recovery room. I'm gonna go and try to check
him out sometime. ( hope i got this right, lots of details )
The dude that

It
seems like we don't even have a band since it has been so long since we have played.
We are practicing like crazy and have so many new songs. We had a chance to play
last night, but one of us had to be out of town again. Not fun. We are for sure
going to be at Bleacher's on April 24. We will unveil all of our new material
that night. We are trying to do some recording but we cannot seem to get the guys
together even long enough to do that. But the songs are there and the creativity,
we just need to focus our energy. Happy Easter!

Last night
was one of our greatest nights ever. 95% of the people there were repeat offenders
and their friends. Kristena brought out like 2 tables full of people. I was bummed
cause we did not get to say hi to her though. Chad's LUbbock posse was in full
force, Ro, Dusty, Jonathan, u know da boyz. Adrian brought out all his friends,
they were the large group front and center. They bought me some shots. Karen Karen
Karen. Karen D. is a party girl. We met her when she was with the Julie B-day
bash last week.She came back on her own and brought cutie blonde sexy smile (
Kathy ) with her. We cannot wait to play Possum Kingdom for the Dillards ( were
u serious? ). BRANDON DIXON. He shot most of the pics from sats. night. they are
awesome. u guys with loove them. ( to be cont....... Lori and Tara made it 2 weeks
in a row. and i dont know his name, but they guy ( super slick ) in the pics with
them....he is funny, he was telling me and some other guys about his ex and how
they just broke up...he was funny..i wish i could remember what all he said.....it
was classic.....Brandy and Justin made it out........but............i thought
Bender was playing at bleachers sat 12 but turns out they did not...................

mar 1 2004 Bash's
it was wild for
about an hour and 1/2. Jodi has showed at like 5 gigs. she is awesome, finally
got to talk to her. she is getting her masters at tEch.......way to smart to be
hanging with the kinky wizards. but we appreciate her bunches. she brought her
bro out too. Noe was knocked out. u can see his pic of him snoozing before we
started. but he gave it his all. It was a rush for me to do 3 out of 4 nights
( marty ) i wish we could do that more often. the more tired i am and the roughter
my voice, the more i feel like we are playing rock. plus we are starting to play
in the pocket and that is a rush. thanks art, noe and rick. my best friends. Chip
got us set up and we love the set up MIke. Neil partied with us and i see where
Mike gets it from, Neil is crazy. He was cracking me up when i went to get paid
the next day. Thanks to Duke, he warned us about playing too much 80s on mondays
there and we stuck w/ the heavier grooves and it seemed to work. a shout out to
our new friends, Kristie, Katie and Megan. Katie gave us some ideas for new songs
and we are throwing that around. Thanks to Cris for supporting us on a bad night.

We felt so much love..........excitement
ruled as it was Julie D's Birthday!!! It is a testement to Julie in that fact
that she had over 30 friends show up for her Birthday. She and her hubby ( a real
long hair, not many left ) Scott were super cool and really cut loose. Julie's
friends and family had gotten her a crazy mad hatter b-day hat and u can check
her out in it on the pics page. Dana/Anthony, Monti/Craig, mr and mrs johnny G,
tim L., Big Whit ( i was looking at the pics and whit is not a small dude, would
not want to tie it on w/ him ever ), Crazy Bill were part of her crew. Scott's
sis has a birthday Monday. Scott and his sis did the weirdest dance, that will
always be burned in my memory, i love when people cut loose, they did. Show stealers
those two!
Benn from Tragedy was
hanging and sang, he is super fun always. WE met first timers, Crystal, Nichole
and Shannon. We were hoping to see them both nights, but no luck, maybe next time.
Cristen K. showed, thanks long legs. Amanda was at the show, we met her some time
back, and she was single, then she met the love of her life. Problem is that I
have been calling him by the wrong name for months. He is such a nice guy that
he let it go for the longest. I was very embarrased and now to let u all know,
it is Justin and Amanda. Sorry dude, forgive? We appreciate them so much, they
are super rockers. There is a dear lady I know named janet and her daughter and
son-in-law, HOlly and Roland happen to be there and bought a beer and hung out,
thanks to them. They have been married forever. Lots of pretty kids.
The
crew for BWW, Jennifer has 5 dogs and is a true old school rocker. Brittany is
just it, we could not play without here there. Roy is the slick mexican cat who
u see runing around. Great guy. Paul was taking care of things sat. night.

Kristen all showed. The smoke bums out David, ( me too, i hate it ) Your damn
smokers. WE always appreciate those 3. Jimmy turned 50 but he still is a stud,
or so his wifte says. He just looks like a 50 yr old to us, ha. Okay, its offical

and it was nice to promote her from repeat offender to a friend. ( goofy stuff
i know, im still shaking cobwebs from last night ). Brandi showed for a bit with

up and played drums on tyler. The girls were going nuts. HE is an awesome drummer
and a great guy, hopefully we will see him again soon. "Your love" Toni
